Warranty

All items sold at Talleres Janda come with one year warranty from the moment of item receipt, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

The items marketed by Talleres Janda Ltd are duly identified with seals, marks, seals, and own engravings for proper product traceability. Breaking those seals invalidates the warranty. The following cases are also excluded from this warranty: parts manipulated without Talleres Janda's consent, spare parts subjected to discouraged or non-established use, parts damaged during installation or incorrect handling, damages caused in transport not reported within 48 hours of receipt.

In the case of engines, it must be understood that it is impossible to know exactly what maintenance operations have been carried out on said engine and whether said operations have been performed under the conditions provided by the manufacturer, so it is necessary to install a complete timing kit. On the other hand, sometimes a considerable time passes from when a vehicle enters our facilities until its engine is installed in another vehicle, so it is necessary to replace the water pump and thermostat. All our engines can be equipped with a thermal fuse that measures possible overheating due to improper use. The warranty does not cover engine accessories such as pumps, injectors, turbos, or hoses that may be installed on the engines.

The warranty does not cover under any circumstances the labor for installation and/or disassembly of the part
