Warranty

All items sold at Talleres Janda have a one-year guarantee from the time of receipt of the item, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

The articles marketed by Talleres Janda S.L. are duly marked with seals, brands, seals and own recordings, in order to have a correct traceability of the product. The breakage of these seals invalidates the warranty. The following cases are also excluded from this guarantee: parts manipulated without the consent of Talleres Janda, parts subjected to an inadvisable or non-established use, parts damaged during assembly or incorrect handling, damage caused in transport not reported within 48 hours of receipt.

In the case of engines, it must be understood that it is impossible to know exactly what maintenance operations have been carried out on the engine and whether these operations have been carried out under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer, so it is necessary to fit a complete distribution kit. On the other hand, it is sometimes possible that a considerable amount of time passes from the time a vehicle enters our facilities until its engine ends up being fitted in another vehicle, which is why it is necessary to replace the water pump and thermostat. All our engines can be fitted with a thermal fuse to measure possible overheating due to misuse. The warranty does not cover engine accessories such as pumps, injectors, turbos or hoses that may be fitted to the engines.

The warranty does not cover in any case the labour for the assembly and/or disassembly of the parts
